Windows 7 Inside Out is complete

Well, the manuscript is complete, anyway. Carl, Craig, and I have several more weeks of tech editing and page proofs to look forward to, plus one final round of fact-checking (and possibly some replacement screen shots) after the code is released to manufacturing.

The book should be on store shelves before the end of September. You can pre-order your copy today at Amazon.com and be first to get a copy when it arrives.

And now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some normal life (and some blogging) to catch up with.

  1. So will you be signing copies for anyone who can carry a copy to you without pulling something, or would the ink from your signature put the book over the legal weight-limit that your publishing company is willing to back up with lawyers?

  2. Hi Carl. Did you have access to the RTM Windows 7 version in finishing this book, or did you base in on the Release Candidate? Cheers.

  3. Congratulations to your whole team. I always look forward to your ‘Inside Out’ series and is a big fan of your work. Keep up the good work.

  4. Hi guys!

Well done. I’m sure the book will be as valuable to me as the previous two I have on my shelves. Congrats!
