  1. There’s a ton of stuff to do in Chicago if you have the time. Unfortunately, I don’t live close enough or I’d be interested in that Geek Dinner, etc.

  2. If you like great 50s-style burgers and you want to have some fun, try Ed Debevic’s. The waiters are rude (but good, really!) and you can sass them back. Don’t miss the World’s Smallest Sundae – you get to keep the glass!

If you have a whole day off, the Museum of Science & Industry is awesome. The current temporary huge exhibit is on Star Wars. http://www.msichicago.org/

Let me know what day and I’ll see if I can get off work for dinner. 🙂

  3. The original Genos East for Chicago Style Pizza.

    Gibsons for Red Meat!

    Michigan Ave.

p.s. If you have a chance to go back next year 08 check out the museum of Broadcast Communications. (Currently moving to new digs. You wont be dissapointed!

  4. When Jan was there a few years ago, she really enjoyed an architecture tour. She can give you details.
