I’m not sure whether anyone told Dwight Silverman that it’s customary for a first-time author to buy drinks for all his fellow computer book authors when his first book is finally printed. (Co-author Larry Magid is exempt, of course, seeing as how this is not his first.) It’s going to be a big bar bill.
