At 3:33:03PM today, this site recorded its one millionth visitor, from a network belonging to a large corporation in Morristown, New Jersey.
A million! Back on April 30, when the turnstile clicked #800,000, I predicted that the count would flip to seven digits “sometime around August 1st.” Two weeks late isn’t all that bad.
Thanks for all your support.
“Thanks for all your support.”
That’s what the readers should say, not you. 😉
“Too weeks late isn’t all that bad”:
That’s what Microsoft says too. 🙂
Congratulations!
Hey Ed,
Keep it going. But have you ever thought about this:
Many of us have been your readers since the “PC Computing” days (as is the case with me), or even older than that. This is a lot of time, even if it is once a month. Now with all the blogs, books, articles etc the relationship is stronger. I might never have seen or see you in the future but I consider you to be someone I have lived (and live) with.
It sure is a strange feeling. Thanks for the ride Ed…
This place has been on my daily “must visit” list since the first day I discovered it. Ditto for Ed’s other blog over at ZNET. Here, you get practical, no-nonsense advice and information about Windows XP and other computer issues. Thanks again, Ed.
I have this site registered in my RSS feed list and check it at least once a day, so thumbs up for the continued support from your readers!
