  1. I currently have Windows XP Pro – I want to upgrade to Vista Home Premium edition, but I am told I can only upgrade to the Business version. Is that correct?

  2. I’m currently in the market to buy a new computer, or what i should say is buy the parts for a new computer as i will be building it myself. Anyways while searching for motherbaords i noticed that some are windows vista essential, which i’m definately thinking of getting vista. however i ran a system check on my computer i’m usuing now and it can be upgraded to windows vista premium or business, so my question is do i really need to buy a more expensive windows vista essential motherboard or can i go with a non vista essential board? also whats the benifit of having a vista essential motherboard? also i’m going core 2 duo 6600.

  4. I have Brand new dell computer with Vista.
    I keep getting a blue box with a lock in it that keeps unlocking and locking. It will not allow to even mouse over it. I can still go into everything so it is not preventing me from that. Has ANYONE heard of this and how do i get rid of it.
    I have done a system restore 3 times already that will not complete.

    Cursor is constantly blinking with “busy circle”. Seems to be in synch with come type of caching on disk. This is annoying. Can this bevavior be changed?

  7. i was told you cannot put burnt copies of games and programs on vista. is that true? if so, what will it do?

  8. question. does anyone know how I can set up Vista so when I click on ‘reply to message’ my yahoo mail will open and not outlook?
