Dell, are you listening?

Dwight Silverman has written a post that every Dell executive, every Dell customer, and anyone who’s thinking about buying a Dell should read. I won’t even try to summarize it. Just go read the whole thing.

Dell sells junk premium price for a notebook that lasted only 16 months .Guess my mistake was haveing too much faith in there product, and not spending the other 350 for there
warrenty extension there allways pushing on you
Dont buy Dell it is junk and Tech support is a joke dont know why they claim “award winning Tech support”

  3. Bought a computer from Dell. Wanted to exchange the monitor for a flat screen but everytime I called the price was different and kept going up. Will never buy another Dell product

  4. They are sending thousands of jobs and planning to spend hundreds of millions on dollars in INDIA. I say everyone in the states needs to finally say enough is enough! BOYCOTT DELL!

  5. Dell win award winning tech support from independant surveys of many satisfied cusomers.

Did you ask why the cost of the flat screen kept going up when asking to replace the monitor?

Why boycott Dell for the reason they are a multinational company? Competitive advantage, the fact they have employees and support in countries like India means the price of the computer is cheaper and more accessable to people all over the world. By all means boycott Dell, but about all the other imports, goods and services you have th eluxury of enjoying because the good/skills/knowledge are the result of an an import INTO the States?
