I know some people prefer e-mail to RSS. So, two quick questions:
- If I made a weekly digest version of this site available via e-mail, would you subscribe?
- If I posted a Windows/PC tip of the day/week/whatever. would you want the option to receive it via e-mail?
Of course, your e-mail addresses would remain completely private forever and would never be used for any purpose other than the explicit ones you signed up for. I’m not interested in creating an e-mail newsletter empire or building a mailing list. I just want to offer you different options.

Personally, I keep your address in my browser Links and come here daily, but I would have no problem with a weekly e-mail summary– I just don’t really need it (but I could see where it would be helpful to visitors who aren’t as religious about it as I am).
I would probably prefer an e-mail digest over RSS. I’m still a bit of a Luddite w/ RSS feeds– I like to go get my news as time permits, and not feel overwhelmed by daily deliveries I HAVE to keep up with.
Ed, I would definitely subscribe to the e-mails. I would also continue to visit this site daily. It is a terrific site. Thanks for running it.

Yes, I would appreciate being able to read your articles/blog as soon as they are posted. I admit to not being conscientious enough to check it regularly, and a setup like Fred Langa’s would work well.
I would sign up for that email subscription immediately!
I used the bloglet scripts in my blog (http://labnol.blogspot.com) but noted that people prefer RSS.
I read your blog daily & would surely sign up for a weekly e-mail
I don’t like spending much time with email, and emails usually send me back to the site itself. I prefer to come to the site, but if I took the email, I’d come to the site less, which for me is not good! I say that because edbott.com is one of my sources for solid, consistent Windows information.
I was looking for a place to sign up for your e-mail newsletter when I found this. You have my answer…
