Here’s some good news. A state judge in New York has brought the hammer down on MonsterHut, Inc., a spammer that reportedly has sent more than 500 million unsolicited commercial emails. Their defense was that all those people “opted in,” but they couldn’t prove that a single person had actually requested their sleaze. Read more here: Judge Bars Sending of Unwanted E-Mail
